Observation and data in real time

The images, the data and the graphics are transferred every minute from the experimental test station to different types of collectors manufactured by "Integral 2005" LTD.

The temperatures of the installed panels are shown on the animation in different colours, respectively: input – in blue, output – in red. The temperature of the water in the water heater is shown in green. The graphics reflects the last 90 readings of the system, measured in 1 minute’ interval. The value of the pump corresponds to switched OFF position, whereas value 10 means switched ON.

The condition of the pump is determined by the average temperature at the output of the panels and the temperature of the water heater. When the pump is switched on, the current power is displayed for each panel. The temperature sensor for the water in the water heater is located in the second unused serpentine.

The installed 120 l boiler with serpentine has never been switched to electric mains.

The system is adjusted according to the summer clock time and does not need readjustment for the winter period.

The electronic modules and the control programmes, the measuring and recording of data are realized by the company "Biser Systems" LTD.

The station is not aiming to research the qualities of the external components from other manufacturers – water heater, pump, pipes, insulation, etc.
